Here are some pictures and video from the past 5 days. :)
Naomi and Josephine in their diapers playing outside on Thursday. They were knocking on the garage door.
Josephine playing with her new magnetic blocks.
Granna Lynda got 2 new pot bellied piglets for the girls. Josephine named the boy Horton. Naomi gets to name the girl, but she hasn't chosen a name yet. Aunt Leah is holding the baby girl.
Our church had its annual Barn Dance and Cornbread and Chilli Cookoff at Granna Lynda's last Saturday. Josephine was very excited to have everyone from church over. Elizabeth is not in any of the dancing pictures -- she stayed on the hay bails and took pictures.
Josephine square dancing with friends.
Josephine clapping when the music ended.
Josephine and Naomi love each other!
Jospehine loved dancing with Nathan and Leah.
Naomi joined Nathan, Leah, and Josephine in a square dance.
No, it's not a medical emergency, Josephine just decided that she was tired so she layed down on the barn floor and said, "Sleep.". Her friends weren't quite sure what to think about that.
Aunt Leah and Nathan asking Josephine if she was ready to go home and go to sleep.
We had quite a weekend!
Books Josephine is obsessed with this week:
*Emma's Turtle by Eve Bunting.
*Grumpy Gloria by Anna Dewdney
*Sloth's Shoes by Jeanne Willis and Tony Ross
*Stinky, Smelly Shoes -- A Love Story by Margie Palatini
*Oink? by Margie Palatini
We had gotten Oink before, but I'll tell you the story behind why we got it again. The theme for library hour last Wednesday was Shoes. The librarian had left a few books on the floor about shoes. Josephine looked at one and asked me what it was and I replied, "Stinky, Smelly Shoes by Margie Palatini." Josephine looked at me and asked, "Where's Oink?". It had been over a month since we had gotten Oink?, but she remembered that it's author was Margie Palatini. So we went and found Oink? and checked out both books.

I love the one of her laying on the ground! We loved the pigs too-they'll be on our blog later this week...so cute! Leni was so concerned about them squeaking! Thanks for sending the picture too-I have so few of she and I since Chris doesn't get the part about "being in charge of the camera"! Love the ones of her dancing with Lilly and Brianna-they were cute playing together!
The video made me wish we could have a pig!
